Child Safety Standards

MeetTonight is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Adults Only

MeetTonight is a dating platform intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from creating or using a MeetTonight account.

Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be suspended or permanently removed.

Prohibited Conduct

MeetTonight strictly prohibits:

Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child.
Child sexual abuse material, including links to such material and real, altered or artificially generated content.
Grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of minors, child trafficking or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Soliciting, sharing, creating or distributing sexual content involving minors.
Using MeetTonight to contact, target or exploit anyone under the age of 18.
Encouraging, facilitating or promoting any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

These standards apply to profiles, photographs, date plans, messages and all other content and activity on the MeetTonight platform.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report a profile, message or other concern through the reporting tools available in the MeetTonight app.

Please use CHILD SAFETY ISSUE as the subject line so that the report can be identified and reviewed promptly.

Please include the relevant account or profile details and a description of the concern. Do not download, save, copy or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

How We Respond

MeetTonight reviews reports concerning child safety and takes appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Removing prohibited content.
Suspending or permanently terminating accounts.
Preserving relevant account information where legally required.
Cooperating with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
Reporting confirmed CSAM or child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority where required by applicable law.

MeetTonight complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and responds to valid legal requests from authorised authorities.
